We are looking for a part time Receptionist to work 20 hours per week.
This job is about client and staff liaison rather than simply front-of-house. We expect high standards of service with a proactive attitude. In return we train and reward our team members accordingly.
Our Receptionist will be the first contact our clients will have with The Lash Lounge. You must be polite, helpful and responsive in order to enhance the reputation of our company. Duties will involve answering the telephone, taking bookings/ providing treatment information, managing our cancellation list and social media communication, retail sales and taking payments. You will also be greeting customers face to face and ensuring that the reception area is clean and tidy at all times.
This will be a busy, varied and rewarding role which requires flexibility as we are a small professional team.
Experience within the beauty industry is not essential but a genuine passion and interest is.
Salary meets national minimum wage requirements + bonus + commission.
